The newest phase of the Emmerson Subdivision has been designed with the concept of providing mixed residential land uses and emphasizing a safe family community.Emmerson is located within walking distance to Stettler’s schools, the west end commercial district, and downtown. Further development in this area will include the Town of Stettler’s District Sports Park, which will include three official size ball diamonds, two soccer fields, RV parking, and will be tied into the Towns extensive trail network.
