Stettler Variety Showcase
Stettler Variety Showcase is a local not-for profit, volunteer arts association dedicated to bringing a variety of performances to our community. After finding quality performances a year in advance through the Arts Touring Alliance of Alberta and with the help of a grant from The Alberta Foundation for The Arts, we are able to provide the community with great performances at unbeatable prices. With everything from Country music, to magicians, to comedies, to ballet, and more, the Showcase seasons are simply not to be missed.
Stettler & District Music Festival
We have grown from a three day festival to a nine day festival. Our Festival has grown through the years seeing up to 700 entries some years. Through our scholarships we have $4000 to be awarded.
Heartland Arts Troupe Society
We are a community theater group in Stettler, Alberta founded in 1972, and have performed at least one production per year since then.
Stettler Film Festival
The Stettler Film Festival is hosted at the historic Jewel Theatre during the last week of September and celebrates Alberta's stories, scenery, and film professionals.
The Stettler Film Festival:
- Connects local audiences to filmmakers & storytellers
- Supports the local economy by promoting tourism
- Provides opportunities for youth to engage with the film industry
- Promotes Stettler as an ideal destination for filmmaking
- Contributes to our community's cultural landscape
