Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP)
The Clean Energy Improvement Program is an optional and voluntary financing tool for residential and non-residential property owners to finance up to 100% of home energy efficiency upgrades and renewable energy installations. This allows property owners to access competitive financing and make repayment convenient through your property's regular tax bill.
