Join our 12-week fitness challenge to work your way up to do a modified Triathlon. You have 4 fitness level options to choose from.

You will get a “Personal Fitness Book” with weekly training and personal goals to work at as well as healthy recipes to keep you energized. This booklet also allows you to record your training for the week. Each week when you’ve completed a swim, bike, run/walk, your name will be entered into the draw box. If you complete more in that week, you’ll get your name entered equivalent as to what you completed.

Our 3100 sq ft spacious facility is truly a 1 of a kind fitness area. The gym has over 20 pieces of cardio equipment, 22 state of the art Life Fitness weight machines and numerous free weights and portable equipment.
Fitness classes are also offered at the SRC for all ages and levels. We offer a variety of memberships to suit your lifestyle.
Talk to our fitness supervisor or front desk staff to find the class or membership that works best for you. We are also available to assist you with equipment and answer any questions you may have.
